The VA Palo Alto Health Care System’s Mobile Medical Outreach Unit will be at the Civic Center Library parking lot, located at 1188 S. Livermore Ave., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month. Upcoming dates: November 21, 2024, December 19, 2024, and January 16, 2025.

Medical providers will be on-site to offer examinations, consultations, and referrals to veterans enrolled in the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. No appointment is necessary. Veterans who are not currently enrolled or are uncertain about their eligibility for medical or mental health services are encouraged to visit the outreach team for help with their questions. Veterans who are not enrolled in the VA system should bring a copy of their DD-214 form. Veterans can also apply for VA Health Care online by visiting www.va.gov/health-care/apply/application/introduction.
